BBK announces the winners of its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of December 2013

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Gold and Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of December 2013 at its headquarters in Manama.

The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.

Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.

On January 14th 2014, Mr. Abdulkarim Bucheery, Chief Executive of BBK handed over the Gold Award to Sayed Hassan Saeed Abdulla from Retail Banking Division, Manaf Al Subah from Information Technology Division and Mohamed Salman Hasan from Internal Audit Department.

On the same day, Mr. Reyadh Sater, Deputy Chief Executive – Business Group awarded Narjis Aseeri from Risk & Credit Management Division as the silver winner of the Chief Executive Group. He also awarded Ashraf Emam from Treasury, Investment and Institutional Banking Division, Fatima Yousif A. Salam from Retail Banking Division and Hamad Shaheen from Corporate Banking Division as the silver winners of the Business Group.
Sohil Ravjani from Human Resources and Administration Division was also awarded by Mr. Reyadh Sater, the Deputy Chief Executive – Business Group for his valuable contribution to the Bank’s Suggestion Scheme.

 

On January 15th 2014, Mr Jamal Hijris General Manager – Support Group awarded Maram Buallay from Human Resources and Administration Division, Nader Al Qaydoom from Information Technology Division and Wajdi Matooq from Human Resources and Administration Division as the silver winners of the Support Group.
