Touch the screen and enter your Personal I.D. (CPR).
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.

Insert your BBK Debit Card and enter your 4-digit PIN.
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.

All newly-issued debit cards, renewals, and upgrades* are free! This service is valid for all BBK retail customers.
*Regular debit card fees and service charges apply for replacements, and if the customer has already upgraded their debit card to a contactless one.
