The first of its kind in Bahrain, BBK’s Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) lets you transact with a customer service representative in a real-time, audio-video interaction!
The Interactive Teller Machine is a video-based banking technology that allows you to conduct virtual two-way interaction with a customer service representative, just as you would with a teller at any BBK branch. You just need to present a valid I.D. to be able to perform transactions at the ITM!
