Accessing your eStatement

Follow the steps below to access your eStatements:

  • 1. Login using your online banking credentials. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Homepage where you can view a summary of your accounts, balances, deposits, and loans.

  • 2. Click on ‘Accounts’ from the Main Menu.

  • 3. Choose the account you want to view.

  • 4. Upon selecting the account, your eStatements will be displayed. The list will automatically show the latest transactions made in that particular account.

  • 5. Afterwards, you may select any of the following options:

  • a. Download your eStatement:
    Download your eStatement in PDF or Excel format by clicking on the “Download” icon.

  • b. Filter eStatement:
    By clicking the “Filter” icon and setting the desired duration, you can filter your eStatement to show the last ten transactions, the current month, or the previous months.

  • c. Customize eStatement description:
    Add a custom description to your eStatements by selecting the desired transaction and entering the description in the “Custom Description” field. The changes will be saved automatically.

  • Note: The custom description will not be reflected in the official statement and will only be displayed for your personal use and reference.
