An eStatement is an electronic version of your monthly bank statement. It replaces the paper form statement being mailed to you with an electronic PDF version that you can access and view, save to your computer, or print at your convenience.

BBK accountholders will be automatically enrolled to BBK eStatement at account opening. To gain access to the service, you must be an existing BBK accountholder and have a Username/Customer ID and a 6-8 digit Password/ePIN.

For accounts with multiple owners, only the ‘Primary’ Accountholder will be enrolled and will be able to view the account by using the Service. All account owners will be bound by the decision of the ‘Primary’ Accountholder who enrolls in or cancels the service.

Being enrolled in the BBK eStatement Service, BBK will not mail paper form statements to you for the registered account(s).

You will receive the eStatement on the next statement cycle.

Yes,the bank will send an email or SMS notification to you every statement cycle Statementonce thes is available.

To gain access to the Service, you must be an existing BBK accountholder and have a Username/Customer ID and a 6-8 digit Password/ePIN. You may view your eStatement(s) by logging into BBK’s website using your Username/Customer ID and password/ePIN and heading to the eStatement page.

No, the same 6-8 digit Password/ePIN for BBK electronic retail channels, such as BBK Mobile App, can be used to login and view eStatement(s).

If you do not have a Password/ePIN yet, create one online using the Online banking Password/ePIN creation service available on BBK’s website or visit the nearest BBK branch

No, eStatements are serviceis free of charge.

BBK offers the facility of eStatements for the following account types: Salary Transfer, Super Saver Account, Star Maker Account, Current Account, Money Maker Account, Al Mazaya Account and Al Hayrat Account.
Loans (Consumer, Car/Vehicle Lease, and Mortgage)

All eligible account types registered under your Username/Customer ID

Only the primary account holder can view the account on the eStatement.

Yes, you can. To deactivate your eStatement, access your account via e.bbkonline.com or visit any BBK branch or Financial Mall and fill out the required forms. Once the eStatement has been deactivated, you will receive the paper mailedstatement(s) on your next statement cycle.

You will no longer receive paper mailed statements following successful eStatements enrollment.

Yes, you may print any eStatement file using Adobe Acrobat Reader by selecting the “Printer” icon in the toolbar. Alternatively, you may choose the “File” menu in the upper-left-hand corner of the screen and click “Print.”

Yes, you can download your eStatement to your device.

You will be able to view the current month’s statement by default, view previous eStatements for the number of months you have been enrolled for using the service and up to a maximum of preceding twelve (12) months.

Your eStatement history will be deleted once you revert to paper statements. Therefore, if you wish to save or print your existing eStatements, please do so before canceling the eStatement service.
