BBK’s self-service issuance machines allow you to instantly and securely acquire certified bank documents. In addition, the bank certificate issuance machines will enable you to immediately print your deposit account statement at any time!
You can use the Bank Certificates
Issuance Machine in two easy ways:

Option 1
Touch the screen and enter your Personal I.D. (CPR).
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.

Option 2
Insert your BBK Debit Card and enter your 4-digit PIN.
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.
Regular account statement fees and service charges apply. The service is valid for all BBK retail customers.
