Retired Bahraini wins Half a Million Dinars with Al Hayrat!

Al Hayrat, BBK’s unique savings account continues to offer customers exceptional opportunities to win prizes while they save for the future. 
On Monday, the 22nd of February, a private handover ceremony was held in honor of the Grand Prize Winner of BD 500,000 from Al Hayrat, Mr. Yusuf Al Seesi AlBuainain. The winner was received by BBK Group Chief Executive, Dr. AbdulRahman Saif and members of the Bank’s top management team, in a private handover ceremony held in accordance with social distancing measures set by the Kingdom’s wise leadership.
Dr. AbdulRahman Saif, BBK’s Group Chief Executive said: “I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Yusuf as Al Hayrat’s Grand Prize winner.  Al Hayrat is changing people’s lives for the better and BBK is committed to continue offering these significant life changing prizes that have transformed the lives of many of our customers and their families since 2001.” 
He added: “I would like to take this opportunity to offer Mr. Yusuf my sincere wishes to enjoy the blessings of this prize in the hope that it will bring him and his loved ones an additional sense of security in these challenging times.” 
The raffle draw took place on February 10th, 2021, under the supervision of Mr. Shafi Al Balooshi of the Consumer Protection Unit at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, as well as members of the Bank’s executive management team who attended the draw virtually.
Mr. Yousif, a retired Bahraini father who was personally contacted and congratulated after the draw by the Group Chief Executive commented after receiving the life changing news: “I have always dreamed of winning 
With Al Hayrat and with all praise to Allah, I’ve been blessed by this win. I’ve been a loyal customer of BBK’s since the 80s and I’m very grateful to have won the Grand Prize which will indeed kick-start a prosperous new chapter in my life and that of my family’s.”
BBK has recently announced that it will be giving out two prizes, worth BD 250,000 each, to the March prize winners of Al Hayrat. The draw for these prizes will take place at the start of May 2021 and BBK customers who deposit in their Al Hayrat account by the end of March still have a chance to be in the draw.
