Qatar- QAEC awards contract to Al Alia

(MENAFN) The Chairman of the Qatar Aluminum Extrusion Company (QAEC) said that the company has awarded a contract to Al Alia Trading and Contracting Company for construction of a manufacturing facility at its aluminum plant, QNA reported.
Besides the facility, the deal also involves construction of other associated infrastructure for QAEC in new industrial area, the chairman pointed out.
The project, which is expected to be completed by 10 months from date of inception, will involve a capital expenditure of $19.8 million.
