DIP awards contract for Dubai project

(MENAFN) Dubai Investment Properties (DIP), a leading real estate developer in the UAE, said in a press statement that it has appointed contractors for security, cleaning and support services for the Single Business Tower, its latest commercial development.
The company awarded the security contract to UK-based Group 4 Security, an international business group specialising in security, and the cleaning and support services contract to UAE’s Berkeley Services Group, which offers a range of multi-property services.
DIP will be offering tenants of Single Business Tower a premium business set-up, a range of amenities, round-the clock facility management services and service outlets to compliment their business environment, all of this at no additional costs to tenants, a statement said.
Single Business Tower features 248 modern offices, spread over 45 floors, retail space on the ground level, as well as several service outlets to compliment a functional business set up.
