BBK rewards diligence at work

Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, BBK announced the winners of both, their Employee of the Month & Service Excellence Award schemes at their headquarters in Manama.

Each month, BBK honours one team member for his performance, positive attitude and pro-activeness under the Employee of the Month scheme. Their distribution network employees who have direct contact with the customer, either via phone or over the counter, get the chance to vie for a similar honour under the Service Excellence Award scheme, the key criteria being customer commitment, a zest to build relationships, motivation to develop the business further and a positive impact and influence on self and co-workers.

Mr. Abdulkarim Bucheery, CE of BBK handed over the certificates and cash prizes to the employees at a special ceremony. The employee of the month for November 2009 was Nada Isa Taqi. Abdulla Jassim Al-Nearah from Muharraq Souq Financial Mall was the winner of the Gold Service Excellence Award. Ali Yusuf Khadem from Adliya Financial Mall along with Muneera Awadh Mubarak from Suq Waqif Branch won the Silver Service Excellence Award.
