BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking continues to present its customers with special financing offers for villas at Deerat Al Oyoun Phase II in Diyar Al Muharraq via Mazaya financing under the Social Housing Finance Scheme sponsored by the Ministry of Housing & Eskan Bank.
Through this special offer, eligible Bahraini nationals of the Mazaya Financing Scheme will have exclusive access to the launch of the Deerat AlOyoun roadshow which will showcase and promote the sale of 345 new villas within phase two of the project at a very special interest rate of 3.99% for the additional mortgage loan.
The Deerat AlOyoun development project is located in the heart of Diyar Al Muharraq with over 3000 villas connected through a state of the art infrastructure and with easy access to a variety of facilities and amenities. All of the villas have been developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Eskan Bank, and will be sold specifically to the beneficiaries of the Mazaya Financing Scheme.
Dr. Adel Salem, General Manager of the Retail Banking Division at BBK commented: “We aim to offer the best services to our customers and with that, I am pleased to announce that we will be participating in the roadshow organized by the Ministry of Housing and Eskan Bank to provide our valued customers and eligible Mazaya applicants an exclusive offer to purchase their dream home at the Deerat AlOyoun project.
Through this offer, our customers will get up to 2 years grace period and a repayment period of up to 25 years with a competitive interest rate of 3.99%. We are also offering additional cash in hand up to BD 10,000 to help cover the added costs that accompany the purchase of a new house.”
It is worth mentioning that early bird road-show applicants will get the chance to win cash prizes up to BD 1,000 and BD 500.
This latest offer in collaboration with the Mazaya scheme isn’t BBK’s first partnership with the Ministry of Housing as the bank announced a collaborative offer to finance beneficiaries who were interested in the phase one development of the Deerat Al Oyoun project last year. The bank also collaborated with the Mazaya scheme to finance applicants who wished to purchase a property at the Danaat Al Lawzi development project in the West of Hamad Town.
