We are gearing up to launch the promotional campaign pertaining to this project, and we look forward to welcoming all potential buyers after Eid at the project site in Jannusan.

“At Eskan Bank, our efforts are being exerted in a bid to meet the expectations and requirements of Bahraini citizens looking to purchase their homes under the Mazaya program. We are continuously exploring a diverse range of solutions to enable them to make their home purchase in one of the social housing programs around the Kingdom, including Danat Al Baraka which enjoys a prime location on the bustling Budaiya Road. Through this project, we aim to introduce a variety of property solutions that are suitable to meet the needs of different families, while supporting the Kingdom’s national Economic Vision 2030 to increase the contribution of the real estate sector in the economy,” said Dr. Khalid Abdullah, General Manager of Eskan Bank.

It is worth mentioning that early bird road-show applicants who are eligible will get 6 months worth of installments back.

This latest offer in collaboration with the Mazaya scheme isn’t BBK’s first partnership with the Ministry of Housing as the Bank announced a collaborative offer to finance beneficiaries who were interested in the Deerat Al Oyoun project in March.  The bank also collaborated with the Mazaya scheme to finance applicants who wished to purchase a property at the Danaat Al Lawzi development project in the West of Hamad Town.
