BBK announces the winners of its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of September 2013

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Gold and Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of September 2013 at its headquarters in Manama.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
On October 7th 2013, Mr. Abdulkarim Bucheery, Chief Executive of BBK handed over the Gold Award to Christopher Gregory from Operations Division.
On the same day, Mr. Reyadh Sater, Deputy Chief Executive – Business Group awarded Hamad Taleb from Retail Banking Division as the silver winner of the Business Group and Mr Jamal Hijris General Manager – Support Group awarded Younis Rahimi from Information Technology Division, Fatema Sharif from Human Resources and Administration Division and Eman Al Ansari from Operations Division as the silver winners of the Support Group.
