How to send money
Receiving money from overseas? Here’s how you can claim it:

Head to your nearest BBK branch. Make sure you have valid IDs and the MTCN from the sender.

Proceed to the teller to present your ID and the required details (sender’s name, country of origin, amount expected, and the MTCN).

The teller will verify the transaction and hand over your money and receipt.
