It is a banking service that uses an Integrated Voice Response System to provide flexible banking solutions that bank customers can access by listening to the menu of services.
Start by dialing +97317214444 or +97317207777 and listen to the greeting message in Arabic and English languages. Select the preferred language and login by entering Username/Customer ID and Password/ePIN.
Your Username/Customer ID is your residential identification number i.e. CPR or an ID provided by the bank.
With BBK’s Telebanking services, you can:
Check the balance or summary of your accounts.
Request your current and previous account statements to be sent via fax or mail.
Transfer between own personal accounts in real-time
