BBK announces 15 lucky winners for July and offers prizes worth US$125,000 for Ramadan with Al Hayrat

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, celebrated with the winners of the July Al Hayrat draw with prizes totalling $75,000.

The bank announced the names of the 15 lucky winners of Al Hayrat monthly prizes of $5,000:

Fawziya Hubail Abdulnabi, Khairiya Mohammed Abdulwahab Alradhi, Ahmed Mohammed Yousif Al Hermi, Essam Abdulrahman Haji Abdulrahman, Aisha Fahed Salem Alajmi, Abdulridha Ali Mohammed Karahi, Afrah Nasser Masaad Alwotah, Maysoon Mohd Ali Sabkar, Mohammed Jaffar Abdulnabi Shehab, A.Rahman Abdulla A.Rahman, Sayed Abdulla Majeed Abdulla Al Aali, Esmat Abdulrahman Ghuloom, Ebrahim Ahmed Mansoor Salman, Etab Isa Hasan Nasser, and Mohammed Jibreel Muhareb Salim.

Winners expressed delight at winning the July draw prizes and the majority confirmed their desire to re-invest their prizes in Al Hayrat accounts to increase the chances of winning again. Especially given the forthcoming Ramadan and other monthly draws ahead. Some winners said they would purchase Al Hayrat certificates as gifts for their loved ones to allow them to win great cash prizes. Esmat Abdulrahman Ghuloom, one of the lucky winners, was so delighted at winning an Al Hayrat prize that she has transferred all her deposits to BBK and advised her relatives to do the same. She said her appreciation and loyalty to BBK was not a new thing, but as a result of the excellent services offered by the bank to customers throughout all its branches and Financial Malls.

The Al Hayrat draw took place on the 25th of July in the main branch lobby under the supervision of Mr. Yasser Buallay the ministry of commerce and industry representative, in addition to BBK’s Internal Audit, Internal control, Retail Marketing and Retail Banking representatives.

The handover of the prizes took place on the 1st of August at the main branch of BBK, and cheques were presented to the winners by Head of Priority Banking Services division, Mr. Ghazi Ahmed, in the presence of Head of Retail Marketing,, Mr. Reinaldo Moari, and Head of Distribution Network, Mr. Mazin Daif.

In continuation of the Al Hayrat Campaign 2010, BBK launched a Ramadan Al Hayrat campaign on the 25th of July, so that BBK current and new customers can win weekly prizes during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Instead of the regular monthly draws, BBK is offering a total of $125,000 in prizes split on a weekly basis during Ramadan. The prizes run from $20,000 for week 1 with the draw on the 15th of August to $25.000 for week 2 with the draw on the 22nd of August and then increasing further to $30,000 for week 3 with the draw on the 29th of August and finally $50,000 for the Eid draw on the 5th of September.

Customers must make their deposits at least one week before each draw to be eligible for that week’s draw.

On this occasion, Head of the Retail Banking for BBK Mr. Axel Hofmann said: “BBK constantly endeavours to offer superior and distinguished services, which suit the needs of our valued clients. Al Hayrat is a way in which we show our appreciation towards our loyal customers. It is also a great chance for everyone to win great prizes during the Holy Month of Ramadan”.

Al Hayrat makes dreams come true for 143 winners throughout the year to a total value of US$1.5 million.
